WHY WE ARE DOING THIS

Based on our work experience, we observed and understand that organizations establish processes under the name of Standardization. But still, they talk about following problems?

Kiran has over 30+ years of experience spanning software and implementing Quality Systems in various sectors of industry such as Information Technology, Electronics, Instrumentation and Automobile.

Prior establishing IT Frameworks Advisory Assessment & Training Services (ITFAAT), Kiran worked with Nihilent and Zensar Technologies for their Process Improvement consulting practice and executed consulting assignments on ISO, COBIT, CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC, Agile, ISO 27001 and various other quality frameworks.

Kiran has performed numerous Appraisals on CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC and COBIT frameworks and consulted couple of companies across geographic spanning USA, UK, France, SA, China, Nigeria, Iran, Turkey, Czech, Uganda, KSA, UAE, QATAR and in India.

Kiran has worked many companies on Multi-Model and Integrated approach.

Kiran is most active and popular Lead Appraiser in the Asia Pacific. He has extensively worked various SAFe, Dev-Ops, and Hybrid Agile methodologies and on statistical analysis.

As COBIT 5 Certified assessor, he has performed Class II and III assessments to provide a reliable assessment for internal reporting and to provide a basis for an initial assessment at the commencement of an improvement programme.
